Quotes and estimates:

• Each client is provided with essential information and professional advice as far as building regulations, materials and possible ways of carrying out the job are considered.
• A member of our team will have to visit a property in most cases. The estimates will be based on what is seen.
• All quotes are free of charge. Once a member of our team has visited the property you will be provided with a quote by e-mail or by post. Quotations will always be given in writing and clearly outline all the work included in the price.
• Once you have accepted the quote, the time will be arranged to start the job as soon as possible.
• If asked for some extra work to be done, the price and additional charges will be discussed and agreed on before we start the job.
• We may ask for some extra time if needed for a quality job to be delivered.
• Once the project has been completed, you will be asked if you are entirely satisfied with all the work done.
